Event Schedule

The event program will be available upon its completion. 

In the meantime, following is some information on when to be there, what to wear and what to bring!

FRIDAY	Registration is Open 9 am – 7:30 pm Sapelo Room	Stop by the Sapelo Room to pick up your Weekend for Wildlife registration information and goody bag.
	Excursions 10 am – 4 pm All trips leave from the Portico.  Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.	Dress comfortably: jeans, sneakers or boots, etc.  May want to bring a jacket or raincoat depending on temperature and weather, camera and/or binoculars, field guides, sunscreen and insect repellent.
	Cocktail Reception and Silent Auction Opening 6 pm – 7:30 pm Cloister Ballroom and Foyers I, II & III	This is a great opportunity to get a look at all the silent and verbal auction items as well as mingle and have a good time with other Weekend for Wildlife guests.  Ladies wear cocktail attire (“Sunday dress” or cocktail dress); Gentlemen wear suits and ties.
SATURDAY	Breakfast Before Saturday Excursions 6:30 am – 8:30 am Cloister Ballroom	Dress for your excursion (see below). You will leave directly from breakfast for your trip.
	Excursions 7:15 am – 4 pm All trips leave from the Portico. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.	Dress comfortably: jeans, sneakers or boots, etc.  May want to bring a jacket or raincoat depending on temperature and weather, camera and/or binoculars, field guides, sunscreen and insect repellent.
	Cocktail Reception 5:30 pm-7: 15 pm Cloister Ballroom and Foyers I, II & III	Dress for the banquet (see below).  Special Note: The silent auction will close at the end of this reception – so be sure your bids are in!
	Banquet and Verbal Auction 7:15 pm – 11 pm Cloister Ballroom	Black tie optional.  Ladies wear a cocktail dress or evening gown; Gentlemen should wear a suit/tie or a tuxedo.
